Not sure it's identical or not because the syslog message and the steps to
reproduce are not the same and the restart frequency is also not the same. Will
keep it valid for now. If the handler of these 2 tickets found that the root
cause it identical, he/she can change the status to duplicate

1. Load AppConfig-2N.xml
2. Unlock-in safSu=SU1,safSg=AmfDemo,safApp=AmfDemo1
3. Change the amf_demo_script to always exit(1) for instantiate command
4. admin restart safSu=SU1,safSg=AmfDemo,safApp=AmfDemo1
