In the implementaion, minor version of NTFSv is updated from 01 to 02. Thus
highest supported SAF version for NTFSv gets updated from A.01.01 to A.01.02.
Also, implementaion is minor deviated for SAF version in the following ways:
1)An application trying to initialize with A.01.01 will get A.01.01 as returned
version (not the highest supported version A.01.02) and functionality of
A.01.01.
2)An application trying to initialize with "releaseCode:'A', major version:'01
'and minor version other than 01 will get highest supported returned version
viz.A.01.02 and functionality of A.01.02.

Current NTF implementation conforms to SAI-AIS-NTF-A.01.01. This spec version
does not talk about behavior of NTF service on cluster nodes that are not in
the cluster membership.
For this enhancement, section "3.13 Unavailability of the Notification Service
API on a Non-Member Node" of
SAI-AIS-NTF-A.02.01 will be referred with the deviation that all concepts
expalined in the section will be applied to APIs in SAI-AIS-NTF-A.01.01 instead
of SAI-AIS-NTF-A.02.01. Thus implementation of any new API
ofSAI-AIS-NTF-A.02.01 is not the goal here.
TBD: How to handle the NTF API version w.r.t supporting the
SA_AIS_ERR_UNAVAILABLE error code?
