Is the test case is running multiple  opensaf agent (IMMA_OM/NTFA/ect..)  
initialized and uninitialized in a continuous loop  ?

or can you please provide steps to reproduce .

This happens only some of the time. 

First this is called from an application:

    saImmOmInitialize(immHandle, NULL, &version)

Then the system log shows this error:
