Steps to reproduce
------------------
1. Start single controller. Upload a NPI SU(one component) configuration and 
unlock it.
2. Keep 5 sec delay in terminate script of comp.
3. Run admin restart command on the SU.
4. Stop opensafd.

Observed behaviour
------------------
Got core dump of Amfnd.:

Expected behaviour
------------------
Amfnd should not crash.

Error messages
------------------
Jul 14 10:38:06 PM_SC-1 osafamfnd[12669]: susm.cc:2909: 
avnd_su_pres_terming_compuninst_hdler: Assertion 'curr_csi' failed.
Jul 14 10:38:06 PM_SC-1 osafsmfd[12683]: AL AMF Node Director is down, 
terminate this process
