Steps to reproduce
------------------
1. Start single controller. Upload a PI SU(two components, PI and NPI) 
configuration and unlock it.
2. Keep 5 sec delay in terminate script of NPI comp.
3. Run admin restart command on the comp
4. Stop opensafd.

Observed behaviour
------------------
Got core dump of Amfnd.:

Expected behaviour
------------------
Amfnd should not crash.

Error messages
------------------
Jul 14 18:52:47 PM_SC-1 osafamfnd[24520]: clc.cc:1149: 
avnd_comp_clc_st_chng_prc: Assertion 'csi' failed.
Jul 14 18:52:47 PM_SC-1 amf_demo[24704]: AL AMF Node Director is down, 
terminate this process
