To fit a typical virtual machine into today's PLM spec one would model a
Hypervisor as an EE and the VM as a child to that EE. The issue with that is
for the live migration use case. For a typical live migration the very same VM
(same UUID) would reappear under another Hypervisor (EE) after the live
migration. According to today's PLM spec this would be a new configuration. We
need to update the spec to be able to handle this very common use case
