The example is not correct in OpenSAF_LOGSv_PR.odt :
saflogger -a safLgStrCfg=Test -f testLogFile "Hello world"
*Will make an application stream named “safLgStrCfg=Test” and send “Hello
world” logbuffer to the log file name “testLogFile”.*
root@SC-1:~# saflogger -a safLgStrCfg=Test -f testLogFile "Hello world"
saLogStreamOpen_2 FAILED: SA_AIS_ERR_INVALID_PARAM (7)
The RDN of runtime stream is "safLgStr=". So we use "safLgStr=...instead of
"safLgStrCfg=..." in command saflogger.
