below status

saAmfSUAdminState=LOCKED-INSTANTIATION(3)
saAmfSUOperState=ENABLED(1)
saAmfSUPresenceState=UNINSTANTIATED(1)
saAmfSUReadinessState=OUT-OF-SERVICE(1)
