Hi Jim, NTF is implemented according to AIS A.01.01. This is a specification of the AIS standard for NTF. However it is possible that not everything in AIS is implemented and it is also possible that functionality that is not described in AIS is implemented. The difference shall be documented in the PR document and the latest for NTF is "OpenSAF Notification Service Release 5.1 Programmer's Reference August 2016". This document can be found in the OpenSAF Mercurial repository for documents. It is also good to read NTF README file that can be found in the OpenSAF source GIT repository.
