Is there a new revision of ccid standard?
does anyone know what changed / what we need to
do to get devices with it working?

Jim Rees has an Activcard usb smart card reader.
With normal ccid devices the interface is
      bInterfaceClass 11 Chip/SmartCard
      bInterfaceSubClass 1
      bInterfaceProtocol 1
normaly the second and third value is 0. so either there is a new
version of the standard and we need to change openct code, or
that device has a bogus interface descriptor...

The device's bcdCCID value in the CCID descriptor is 1.00, so I doubt it is using a newer version. The newest version of the spec on usb.org is 1.1, and it still requires bInterfaceSubClass to be 0 (in CCID 1.1, binterfaceProtocol 1 and 2 are 'reserved' for 'USB-ICC' devices, by which I assume they mean readerless smartcards. in 1.0, all non-0 values are RFU)
