I also have this "ActivCard USB reader v2.0" with the same numbers.

The reader is not supported by my CCID driver because of a bug in the
firmware (see the CCID page). I imagine another bug is these wrong USB
description numbers.

The "ActivCard USB reader v3.0" does not have this strange CCID
version and is supported by my CCID driver.
