for your information: I updated trac to 0.9.6 and installed some plugins. new users can register to create an account themself, and the core developers have permissions to use the admin tab and manage the project etc.
the problem so far: I had to remove write access from the anonymous user because of the wiki spamming. and new users don't get write access etc. automatically. I need to find a way to fix that, so currently the register functionality is of little use. :( but still all pages should work. if you find any other problem, please let me know.
