ICCD has 3 different modes:
- bulk transfer, as in CCID
- control transfers version A
- control transfers version B

Control transfers are simpler than what is used in CCID so the chip
can be simpler and then cheaper.

Why do you have different modes? Because each manufacturer wants to
have its own, already developed, version in the standard.
