It would be good to have opensc 0.11.2 soon, but I want to give everyone a
final chance to test and improve the documentation (wiki, NEWS file in svn).

I went through the wiki and deleted lots of spam. Peter: thanks for finding
and undoing spam. But please better report to me, I have an automatic
script for that (that needs some fine tuning from time to time). The benefit
of the script is that it reverses the change and thus it will not even show up
in the history of the wiki. Or use the delete button (if you don't see one, I
need to give you extra permissions for that).

it would be nice to remove this from the wiki and add to our main html page
instead:
 - OperatingSystems page (i.e. which distribution has which version of opensc)
 - links to vendors for all cards (lets not include advertising in the
documentation and both prices and availability can be outdated quite fast).

if someone can help with these changes, that would be nice. everyone can
edit the wiki, and the web pages are in svn as well (checkout /svn/web/trunk -
developers can directly commit, everone else please send patches).

Note: two important issues are not in this release:
 - the new card driver posted recently
 - the firefox fixes / work arounds

I hope to have a 0.11.3 real soon after 0.11.2 with those fixes included.
But right now I don't want to delay the release any more, so all this
concentrated work and testing in the last days is doing us some good.

I already copied trunk into opensc-0.11.2. Please check with the mailing
list before commiting anything into the 0.11.2 release. If there are no
critical issues, I'd like to release it without changes. Lets see if we are
lucky.

Please test this and give feedback. And help with the documentation.

Thanks!

Regards, Andreas
