'In pricipe' SOPIN can be accessed in the CKU_SO_PIN context, for 
example with the C_SetPIN(). The standard says that C_SetPIN modifies 
the PIN of the current user.

But actually, in pkcs15_change_pin() the logged user type is not checked.
