it's nice to have some support on that :)

For the Extended APDU and Chaining capabilities OpenSC should also have
a look at the Historical Bytes. Maybe someday there will be a card
without dedicated driver. The iso-driver and information from Hist-Bytes
should be sufficient (at least for operational read-only state). So,
that's my direction.
