AFAIK nothing has changed. I have not seen a signed and properly functioning 
PKCS#11-CSP bridge, available with source code. Maybe there are proprietary 
implementations, but I'm not aware of any.

Also, IMHO all such efforts (like the PKCS#11 Tokend for OS X) are more like 
"compatibility enablers" rather than real life solutions. I'm not the only one 
[1] who thinks so.
