I sent a private e-mail to PeterM about the OpenPGP related patches. I use git for managing OpenSC (git-svn) and Gmail webmail for personal e-mail and it is obvious that Peter is using git, thus it is logical for me to use git machinery (like github, or any other pullable repository) for *actual patch-moving plumbing* if possible, as it would be easier to handle than downloading 15 patches for manual applying. Posting patches to mailing list (or attaching to tickets) is the only way of communicating them between people though.
