I have experienced that when transmitting pcscd/libccid regularly (but
not always) waits for about 60 seconds. This was not related to OpenSC,
I used some other software. I didn't dig deeper into this and migrated
back to pcscd 1.5.5 and libccid 1.4.3 where everything works fine.
