Both, I suppose. "USB Token" seems to be the term used on the OpenSC wiki — basically, something like the Aladdin eToken Pro: http://www.opensc-project.org/opensc/wiki/AladdinEtokenPro (From speaking with Aladdin / SafeNet, though, it sounds like the CardOS version of the eToken Pro is end-of-life, and won't be produced anymore.)
