WTF?

This goes diametrically against the goal of software quality.

It is becoming clear to me that you have absolutely no interest
in increasing or even maintaining quality, rather it seems that
you consider the fastest code change possible to be the only
worthwhile goal.

This may be the case if all programmers are code monkeys, because
they will be unable to ever produce anything of quality anyway.

In open source projects code monkeys generally learn to become better
programmers thanks to peer review.
