I think the "perfect solution" will be DNA. In fact, i gave you the
one-billion idea:

A mouse/keyboard/device with a DNA sequencing/reader system which
sends your public DNA profile.
A simple way of matching your public DNA with your thoughts, memories
and personality, to match both.
As you can guess, that works as a keypair

You develop it. For tomorrow. Free.
