I'm unsure about the value of having an explicit list of tickets on the 
page (like the current 1.8). The roadmap provides a list of open 
tickets, and I would just put a similar link on the page. I added the 
list of open tickets to the page just for fun, but right now it's a 
little long... ;)

So essentially after 3. the planning page would be empty and could be 
removed (unlinked). 4. can be done by reassigning in the ticket. I added 
an 'Estimated Time of Completion' field to the ticket system, we can use 
that for the time. Preferred format is yyyy/mm/dd, but it's just free 
text for any kind of estimation.
