in general fine, but could we come up with a transition from 1.x.
Straightforward would be to remove the DynamicVolume from 1.x too.
If that is not possible wrap the removal through the OSG_2_PREP define.

PS: I missed this one on earlier changes (e.g. the vector/matrix
