Hi Gerrit,
I'm a little confused about the available build types on linux vs.
windows. On windows I guess it is now Debug, DebugOpt, Release,
ReleaseNoOpt. Are we using the standard CMake set on linux (i.e. Debug,
Release, RelWithDebInfo, MinSizeRel)? If yes, is there a correlation
between the win and linux types?
