Yes, that is what everybody agreed on a while back.

I'm not sure what of those is really needed, at maximum I use Release
and Debug, well actually the GV version of them. The other two are just
there from cmake. I did not bother to take them out though.

Linux Debug   ~ Windows Debug and  ReleaseNoOpt
Linux Release ~ Windows Release and DebugOpt

As you don't have to watch out for run time and support libs on Linux as
much as you have to on Windows I don't see the need for a specific
DebugOpt or ReleaseNoOpt.
