Hi Andreas, yes, I used the Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003, but The platform SDK was slightly newer (8.0), I couldn't find the Version 7.1 (I don't want to complain, but I find the microsoft hompage a little mess ;-) ).
Anyway, I uninstalled all and got me the complete visual studio 2003 from our administrators, and now it works fine without any complaints.
