I could reproduce that, but it's not a normal usage scenario. The SSM
destructor expected to have a Window set at least once. I fixed it, but
CVS is down so I can't commit it.
But in a real case (add delete mgr; to the exit handling 01hello.cpp) it
worked fine for me. Can you give us more info on what you're doing?
