I am not using pre-compiled headers for my build. Is it necessary to
use them to avoid the warnings? I am not very familiar with PCH, can
you point me to some links /references which talk in detail about PCH
(Sorry for asking windows specific question in this forum but I guess
things are related :-) )

AFAIK doing above will only disable the warning. Isn't there a clean
and right way of doing this ? Is this warning ignorable really?

Is there some preprocessor declaration that I am missing or is it
something else?
