Would that work for SCons, too? I'm scpetical, given the dynamic nature 
of the build system...

In general, if we need Python anyway, I'm not too worried about using it 
for tools.

Naa, let's not do that. We just got rid of the C++ fcdEdit, I don't 
really think we shoudl go back again.
