what programs do you mean, the one getting installed in 
Build/win32-msvc80/installed lib? How old is your cvs version? Looks 
like some missing *.exe.manifest files. For each *.exe file you need a 
*.exe.manifest file. For a fast solution just copy one from the 
tutorials and rename it. Actually this installing bug was fixed some 
weeks ago.
