sorry took a second longer than expected. For now a stat collector 
should be accessible at all the places it was before (1.x). 
Either from drawEnv or the activePartition.

I reactivated the texture and the light stats. State and Shader changes
should have been active all along. Currently all partitions use the same
stat collector (the one set for RenTravAct), so you will get a sum over
everything.

The tests looks reasonable, again for values collected. I did not look
into adding the geo stats.
