It absolutely does! And it works very well as well. Doing your interface
in this manner is a lot of work though, but if you really need a fancy
user interface, that's the way to go... If you just need a "standard" ui,
you don't have to reinvent the wheel.... There are lot's of open source
toolkits.... WxWindows, Qt, etc...
