I don't have experiences in the context of OpenSG, but you might find some helpful hints here: <http://www.equalizergraphics.com/documents/design/infiniBand.html> It definitely works much faster. I regularly see ~800 MB/s as compared to ~110 MB/s with GigE. But it can be a [EMAIL PROTECTED] to set up, especially on Windows.
