OpenSG fully supports tessellating trimmed NURBS (no topology support though) if that's what you mean by "CAD data" and some users were working on an IGES/STEP loader (which requires OpenCascade though), see http://opensg.vrsource.org/trac/wiki/PotentialContributions, although I think this loader only supported polygonal data, but it could be extended relatively easily I think. As for finding a (free) Catia loader, good luck...
