we are using OpenSG with freeglut on linux here, but it was compiled 
against freeglut as well, i.e. we did not just swap the lib at runtime. 
So I guess my suggestion would be to compile OpenSG from source and make 
it use freeglut during compile/link as well.
Since you've said in another mail, you want to stay platform 
independent, you might take a look at Qt and OpenSG's OSGQTWindow, 
although you'd probably have to use the Qt 3 stuff on Windows - I'm not 
current on the Qt license stuff, sorry.
