Ups. Nope, it is certainly not. OSG in fact is the most unstable of all
formats, as it is a direct mapping to the internal data structures, and
doesn't make any attenmpt at backwards compatibility.
OSB is much better, it has infrastructure for converting from older
versions (to some extend).
