ok, I added a OSG_DISABLE_MS_ITERATOR_DEBUGGING flag to cmake. It
follows the same pattern as the OSG_DISABLE_MICROSOFT_SECURE_CXXX.
If active it adds -D_HAS_ITERATOR_DEBUGGING=0. If not active it
lets MSVC control the define.
