I have thought about this a few different times. Personally, I like the work-flow of the mailing list. Things queue up, and on my own time schedule I can work through them. I dread the thought of always being logged into an IRC chat room. =)
I'm not opposed to it. It makes sense for some meetings and what not. If we registered the channel, I suppose we don't always have to be logged in right? We could just use it on occasion? -Jonathan On Fri, Aug 28, 2009 at 8:56 AM, TJ <[email protected]> wrote: > Would it be worthwhile registering the channel #openshot on FreeNode IRC > to provide a space where we can chat and brainstorm more informally and > interactively than is possible on the mailing list? > > I keep coming across minor items I'd like to brainstorm for inspiration > or guidance that would look like 'noise' on the mailing list. > > > _______________________________________________ > Mailing list: > https://launchpad.net/~openshot.developers<https://launchpad.net/%7Eopenshot.developers> > Post to : [email protected] > Unsubscribe : > https://launchpad.net/~openshot.developers<https://launchpad.net/%7Eopenshot.developers> > More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp >
