Bug description:
Openshot 1.0, Fedora core 12 (64 bit)
Thumbnails are not rebuilt if deleted from disk, or the source file changes and
there's no way to force rebuild of thumbnails.
This is sort-of related to bug #423948 in that it's probably best to fix both
together but it's not _quite_ the same.
