I did some research on this file format a while back. I did not find
any support from Gimp, or other open-source graphics tools. OpenShot
has great support for image sequences (in many formats, JPEG, PNG,
etc...).

Right click on any video clip, and choose "Convert to Image Sequence).
It will create a folder in your project, and each frame will be an
image. Edit those images in any tool you like, and then OpenShot will
still play them back like a video clip.

I am going to mark this as "invalid" since FLM is not open-source file
format (as far as I know).

Thanks!

Bug description:
Description of file format from here: http://www.compuphase.com/filmstrp.htm

A "Filmstrip" is a graphic file format that contains multiple images with the
same size. More accurately, it contains multiple frames of an animation
sequence. The Filmstrip file format was introduced with Adobe Premiere and it
is supported by several other products by Adobe (notably After Effects and
Photoshop). Filmstrip files usually have the extension .FLM (under Microsoft
Windows).

An example of it being used: http://www.skateperception.com/viewinstruct/4/

Could support for importing or exporting to this file format be added? If not,
perhaps exporting to a filmstrip jpg/xfc/psd file?
