Toolbar incorrectly rendered after launch

Bug description:
After starting openshot, the toolbar is incorrectly rendered (icons are not
visible and toolbar has incorrect height). Icons suddenly appear when I hover
the position where icons should be rendered. In addition, the toolbar has
incorrect height and there's some extra space below the icons.
Correct rendering can be activated by disabling the toolbar and enabling it
again. However, the incorrect rendering will be triggered again if I remove all
imported clips from the list.
