After Stephan weighed in, I integrated the change. It's also a lot more
clear what colors are in the pool (there was some black magic previously).
OpenSim/Framework/Console/OpenSimAppender.cs if anyone is interested in
seeing that now. It's a list of all console colors minus the 2 reds
(though maybe we could add dark red back in), and minus black and white,
as those tend to be background terminal colors.
