Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation, usually means that there was an exception during the constructor.
Additionally; System.InvalidCastException probably means that it was trying to cast a string to a specific type. If I had to guess, I'd say that this is probably a number formatting issue. Check the number format in your script. I'm pretty sure that LSL is currently only working with US type number strings, 0.00 not 0,00 The comma placement may or may not be your issue, however, it's the most common cause of these types.
