I think that generally speaking, we feel that bundling library content is now best left to downstream projects such as
the Diva distro.
I'm not personally that averse to it but I suspect that managing it is not something that the core devs have time or
inclination for. Also the mechanism to easily load this from an IAR is not currently present in opensim itself, afaik.
