[Opensim-dev] Release plan for OpenSimulator 0.7.3

Hi folks.  I plan to kick off the release process for OpenSimulator 0.7.3 in early February 2012 with the goal of making 
the final release in late February.  As before, this will be an alpha release where only significant regressions from 
past functionality are guaranteed to be addressed in some manner.
