It looks like the forget the important changes in the release. cannot find
UpdateVelocityChangeThreshold and SendTerrainUpdatesByViewDistance back
in the defualtsini

But if you compare 0.7.6.12 with 0.8 there are not much changes.
And i remember that robert have made a few important changes.
But cant find them back. Why are the not as option in the ini's ?
Now we need to search and find the right setting to put them in.
