Trying this out Diva... thanks for providing a binary.
Onlooks is based on Singularity.. and I have
Singularity Singularity-1.8.6 (6156) already installed.
I had one odd glitch and I cannot work out if its due to some sharing
of cached avatar info or names.
I log on as Ai Austin on Openvue grid and go to another grid
(AiLand).... and look at an item... in OnLook it gives "Unknown
UserUMMAU4" for Created, last owner and current owner items... its a
while since we were seeing those messages. This is on the first use
of the OnLook viewer so there ought not to be name/UUID confusion
clashes I would expect. See this...

I looked in C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\OnLookViewer and name.cavche
does have this avatar with teh correct UUID but showing first and
last name keys as Unknown UserUMMAI4...

In Singularity 1.8.6 () and Firestorm 4.6.7 (42398) with exactly same
login and travel and look at the item they all show correctly as
created, last owned and owned by the "Ai Austin" on the grid in
