The only thing I can see, that I have seen other sites do is to setup the ZIP folder with all content intact into the specified XML files . Then all the user has to do is unzip the contents into the folder that it needs to go via the instructions in the ZIP file on how to do that. Its not comming "with" the package per say. but setup a link to it from the Distro as a complimentory pack.
