Hi Jefferson, Sometimes when I endeavor to login to our OS region I get the error message "Region Selected Not Available." In turn, what works for me is to close down the Imprudence viewer (by clicking on the X in the upper right hand corner and clicking on the "Quit" button). Next, I immediately reload the Imprudence viewer software and I am able to login. Note: The difficulty logging in seems to happen the first time I login in a given day but not on subsequent logins.
